Property sales in the property industry are often similar. The standard processes are commonplace and viewings are brief, often conducted by junior agents. The sales, lettings, and progression teams often do not communicate with each other, resulting in an incomplete market picture.
We take a different approach – a more comprehensive approach, tailoring our strategies to attract the right audience and prioritising the entire sales process. Many agencies offer multi-agency deals with higher fees, but we don’t believe in them for two reasons:
1) It’s not beneficial for you as a vendor as the marketing is doubled but the audience is the same.
2) It costs you more as higher fees are charged to offset the probability of not making the sale.
Some people ask for this as they don’t want to be tied in with an agency in case they are unhappy. We understand this and empathise, so we do something different.
Instead of long term tie ins, we offer short 4-week contracts to provide flexibility and transparency. No multi-agency offers, no higher fees – just peace of mind that if you don’t think we are doing an excellent job, you can fire us after just 4 weeks.
